St. Raphael parish is a Christ Centered Family where we:
 
1.       Welcome everyone and value our unity in diversity;
2.       Joyfully celebrate Liturgy and participate in the Sacraments.
3.       Provide a safe sacred circle for spiritual growth by Faith Formation.
4.       Respond to the call to serve through our Compassionate Action.
 
 Our Mission Priorities:
1.       Hospitality: St. Raphael Parish is a Christ Centered family within God’s people called to be one baptised family of God, and becoming sisters and brothers, as we welcome everyone and celebrate our unity in diversity within God’s love.
2.       Liturgy: Prompted by the call of the Good News of Jesus Christ and led by the Holy Spirit, all are encouraged to take full and active participation in the proclamation of our faith, by worshiping God through our prayer life, liturgical celebration and sacramental life of the church.
3.       Faith Formation: Our sacred family is a sanctuary for the human spirit where all members join in the faith formation through promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We grow in care and concern for others, and our personal and spiritual development is fostered within the holistic wellbeing of all members.
4.      Compassionate Action: Through our call to service, we are committed to respond to the needs of our parish members and the society. We are called to be in solidarity with people who suffer, and to work and act together for the fullness of life through our compassion action as God’s healing ministers in the world.
